If you're on a budget but still want to make a huge impact, consider making escort cards for all your guests.

The beauty of escort cards are that you are combining the placecards and table plan in one. An extra added benefit of these is that any last minute changes (and there are ALWAYS last minute changes), can be easily catered for without much hassle at all. They are really cheap to make and look absolutely FABULOUS!

Here's how it works...........
Decorate the front of a small RSVP envelope, adding a panel for the guest name.
Create small cards with table numbers. Once you've worked out who is sitting where, pop the cards inside the relevant envelope.

On your big day, arrange the envelopes on a table in alphabetical order (so your guests can easily find themselves).
When they choose the envelope with their name on, they will open it up to find out what table they are sitting on.
They can also use the small envelopes as placecards.
