What are your delivery charges?
The following postage charges are applied:
UK delivery
orders up to £15 - £2.25
orders between £16 and £40 - £3.99
orders between £41 and £60 - £4.99
Orders over £61 - £7.50
IRELAND and EUROPE
orders up to £15 - £3.99
orders between £16 and £40 - £5.99
orders between £41 and £60 - £7.50
Orders over £61 - £15.00
REST of the WORLD
orders up to £15 - £4.99
orders between £16 and £40 - £7.50
orders between £41 and £60 - £15.00
Orders over £61 - £20.00
* please note that the postage costs provided for the rest of the world are approximate.
On occasion, we may need to invoice separately for additional postage costs where necessary.
What is Your delivery time?
We aim to send all items out within 7 days from the date of order.
If you need your items in a rush, please contact us prior to the order so that we can ensure
we have sufficient stock to meet your requirements.
If you require a large quantity of any item, we may have to order additional stock.
This can occasionally take up to 4 weeks.
If you would like to check stock levels or delivery times on any item, please contact us
by telephone or e-mail.
What if I am not happy with the product I receive?
We are sure that you will be happy. However, if for any reason you are not, please contact us
and we will arrange to exchange or refund the item upon it's safe return.
(Please note that there is a 10% restocking charge for unwanted goods).
If you are returning an item that you just don't like, you will need to pay the postage costs.
All unwanted items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
However, if the item is faulty or damaged, we will refund your postage upon return of the item.
Please note that all packages are checked by 2 people before dispatch.
Any errors in your order MUST be reported within 48 hours of receipt of package.
Do you sell to trade customers?
We do offer trade terms. If you are a trade customer, please contact us with proof of trade
to discuss further.
I need to purchase a large quantity, do you offer a discount?
Under normal circumstances, we are only able to offer discounts to trade customers.
However, if you order is for more than 200 units of any item, please contact us to discuss.
What quantity do I need to purchase?
If you are making your own invitations, we generally recommend that you order a few extra to allow for mistakes.
If you would like any advice on quantities, please contact us and we would be happy to help you.

How are the items posted?
We pack all our items with the brutal postal service in mind.
Packages over 2kg will be sent via parcelforce 48 hour deliver.
Packages under 2kg will be sent recorded delivery or special delivery depending on value.
Do you sell overseas?
We are able to express ship any of our items to any country in the world.
